Acest program vă arată noţiunile de bază ale unui sistem de management al performanţei și mijloacele necesare pentru construirea şi punerea în practică a unei strategii de performanţă în cadrul organizaţiei. Această aprofundare vă dă posibilitatea să transpuneţi strategia dumneavoastră în acţiuni ce pot fi măsurate și monitorizate în toate organizaţia.

Trainingul reproductibil, odata achizitionat poate fi utilizat nelimitat (ca durata sau ca numar de participanti) in compania dvs. (fac exceptie furnizorii de training).
Fiecare training reproductibil include fisiere downloadabile: ghidul participantului, ghidul facilitatorului, materiale suport pentru facilitator. Fisierele sunt livrate in format Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel si PowerPoint.
